Auctria Concierge is an add-on service to your Auctria license. Concierge takes the event set-up work off your to-do list. Our dedicated Auctria Concierge team will put together the fundraising event on the Auctria platform so you get more free time.

We want you to take advantage of everything that Auctria has to offer. Concierge shortens the timeline to activate your event and help you crush your fundraising goals.

After signing up for a Concierge plan we will send you a welcome email. You will complete a Concierge Set-Up Form to capture your event details. Concierge Set-Up Form The set-up form will be used to get things started in Auctria. This will be the blueprint for the discovery call. Discovery Call The discovery call will be an opportunity for us to understand in detail the type of event you are running and provide more information about how to best utilize Auctria to maximize your fundraising. During the call we will outline logistics for providing additional information, donor, and item lists so we can complete your auction set-up.

Yes, Concierge is an elevated service offered in addition to your Auctria license.

Every Concierge plan includes a Discovery Call. Generally, this would be done online via Google Meet, but we can be flexible if you have a different preferred means of contact. Additional calls are dependent upon your Concierge package selection.

It is up to you. Invite as many people on your team to the Concierge calls as you'd like.

Auctria platform has optional integrated credit card processing to streamline the auction payment collections. Credit card processing requires the organization to set-up directly with one of our integrated payment processors. After set-up you will connect it to your Auctria account. Your information always remains confidential, secure and private. Concierge will review credit card connections and help with payment configuration.

Virtual Live Auction Rehearsal is for those running a virtual live gala. On this call, Auctria will work with your team and auctioneer to practice how the bidding will flow during the event. We'll set up a test event and use this to practice the live auction portion, online bidding & walk you through the process. After the rehearsal call your team will be fully trained and ready to watch the bids soar!
